Just to be clear, this 5 star review is for a specific employee, not the whole place. Cruz (that's his first name) was so beyond helpful. He was extremely personable and went out of his way, above and beyond, to help me find my options with my disability. He was so helpful, so willing to inform himself and I of the options people with my disability have within the laws of Texas, I can never thank him enough. It is not an exaggeration when I saw this employee changed my life for the better and has impacted its course from here on out. I hope his leadership team sees this and he is rewarded and I hope to see him again. I seriously cannot thank him enough. Today, at station 27, my life was changed! Also, a shootout to his coworkers next to him for helping him find the information! Thank you, Cruz!
