Customer service is terrible at this location
I've visited this store three times over the last three months and talked to three different representatives hoping for different outcomes and yesterday was the last time I will ever darken their door. The workers here have no customer service at all and each time I've gone in to purchase a new phone nobody can assist with current offers as they don't know them or are they abreast of new or current devices. I've been told numerous times that I would have to call customer service to find out information instead of the people at the location being able to find out for me. Each time I've been pressured to purchase a phone without the available offers and told I could call customer service and have it added later. Luckily I'm not an idiot and didn't do that. These people need some serious training. It's a shame this is the only store in Pflugerville, TX because it gives AT&T a black eye and leaves customers with out a location closer to home.
