I scheduled my appointment to have my bed sprayed weeks ago and the morning of the appointment I got a call saying they lost power at the shop. Toby mentioned that he would give me a discount off of the price. So we rescheduled for a week later, but however we had to push back just one more week, because I had a time crunch (I was in the process of moving). So I showed up today, cold and a little raining and apologized about all the rescheduling and he sprayed my bed liner on while I ran some errands. The job was complete in about 2 and a half hours and Toby and his awesome crew did an amazing job. He even gave me the discount after the loss of power at his shop from the first appointment even after I rescheduled on him. Great appreciation and awesome customer service.
